Notification of faulty goods should be made within seven days of the goods being received either by email or telephone. All goods supplied by us are subject to manufacturing tolerances and are warranted as being suitable for the purpose for which they are designed, under fair conditions. Under this warranty we will replace or issue credit against goods acknowledged by us to be faulty, providing such faults have not been caused by your misuse, negligent handling or improper care of the goods. Where goods are found to be faulty the cost of the goods and postage will be refunded.

Inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it. If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage, keep the original shipping carton, promptly contact the shipping company and report it. Under these circumstances, do not return the merchandise to us. Follow the shipping company's instructions.
