Well, we deal directly with wholesale jewellery importers who obtain their stock from some of the best quality manufacturers in the world, these companies normally supply the high street shops with their goods.

Because we do not have to carry the costs and overheads of running a retail store, we do not have to reflect this in our prices so we can charge you a lot less than traditional jewellers would for the same items. It is highly likely that you will see our stock in shops in the UK but at higher prices.

All of our silver is of high quality. It is all manufactured from solid silver and carries all relevant assay hallmarks to prove it, we do NOT sell "cheap" plated items and take a pride in the quality of the goods we provide.

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept most types of credit card payment, which is all handled via a secure server for your protection.

Delivery Schedule

We will deal with your order as soon as we receive it and a confirmation that payment has bee received by Worldpay.We will normally despatch your order to you within 1-2 business days using an Insured Registered 1st Class Postal Service by Royal Mail. Goods are normally recieved the following day in the UK, within 3 working days in Western Europe, and 4 to 8 working days for destinations outside Europe.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If an item is no longer available we will either refund your money or offer you another piece of similar (but higher) quality to compensate you.We unfortunately have to point out that due to credit card charges levied against us, any order cancellations (except where we cannot provide the goods) will incur a 15% charge on the refund.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK, 17.5% VAT is INCLUDED in the prices shown on all pages. For Foreign orders you may be liable to an import tax from your own Tax Authorities. Shop4silver is not liable for the amount of this charge.
